Joshua Delman has worked in the logistics and warehouse management industry since 2012. In 2012, they began working as a Warehouse Supervisor for Sysco Guest Supply. In this role, they were responsible for supervising inbound receiving, off loading of containers, and put away drivers, as well as supervising outbound selections and shipping associates. Joshua was also responsible for inventory control and cycle counts management. In 2014, they moved to Keystone Technologies, where they served as Warehouse Manager. In this role, they managed the day to day operation of the shipping and receiving departments, acted as the point of contact between sales, customer service, and warehouse operations, tracked and analyzed Key performance indicators, established and managed inventory/cycle count process, and implemented warehouse design layout changes and processing areas. Since 2016, they have been working as a Customer Service Representative/Logistics for Sugaright (Division of CSC Sugar). In this role, they coordinate order fulfillment between production teams, company management, transportation partners, and customers, and provides timely and accurate information regarding customer ordering and delivery status to plant and management staff.
Joshua Delman attended State University of New York College at Cortland from 1997 to 1999, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Communication and Media Studies. Prior to that, they attended SUNY Broome Community College from 1994 to 1996, where they earned an Associate of Arts (AA) in Communications.
