Mike Fraser

Mike Fraser has over 30 years of experience in the corporate world. Mike began their career in 1988 as an Executive Vice President & General Manager at Meridian Enterprises Corporation. During their 11-year tenure, they played a leading role in managing the growth of the full-service incentive company's sales and profitability from $17MM to $80MM in revenue. In 1999, they moved to Promotion Fulfillment Center as Executive Vice President & General Manager. In 2001, they started their own consulting firm, Fraser Consulting Group, where they provided management consulting services. In 2004, they joined Staples Promotional Products as Vice President / Director of Strategic Initiatives, and held various leadership roles including Vice President of Global Sourcing, Supplier Management and Logistics, Vice President of Account Services (Sales Operations), Vice President of Business Development, Vice President of Sales, and Senior Director of National Accounts (American Identity). In 2018, they were recruited as Managing Director at Life Centers of Kansas, where they developed strategies and growth plans for the small 10-year-old privately held business. In 2020, they joined Incrementum Group LLC as President and Principal Consultant, and in 2021 they became Director of Supply Chain & Logistics at Sugarwish, a rapidly growing Denver based GaaS (gifting as a service) company.

Mike Fraser completed their MBA in Management and Marketing from Washington University in St. Louis - Olin Business School and their BS / BA in Computer and Information Sciences from Southeast Missouri State University.
