Responsibilities include technology consultation, methodologies establishment, and management of IT processes such as asset and identity management using ITIL and Microsoft Operations Framework guidelines. Previously, Riff held senior management roles at Ness Technologies, leading complex ICT/IS projects and managing significant programs, including disaster recovery and system integration initiatives for IAA. Riff’s career also includes roles as Technology and Network Administrator at Isfar-Sony and Information Systems Coordinator at Tel Aviv University's Foreign Languages Department. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Information Technologies Management and a degree in Sociology from Tel Aviv University, as well as a recent degree as an Information Specialist from Technion - Israel Institute of Technology.
