Nathália Jardim

Nathália Jardim is a legal professional with extensive experience in various legal roles, currently serving as an Associado at the Compliance Women Committee since January 2024 and as Coordenadora jurídica at Suggar Eletrodomésticos since June 2018. Nathália's expertise includes administrative and judicial litigation in labor, consumer, and civil law; contractual analysis across corporate sectors; project development; negotiations with labor unions; and full-time oversight of LGPD implementation. Nathália has also effectively managed outsourced law firms, led strategic meetings, and developed key performance indicators for the legal department. Nathália's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Law from PUC Minas and multiple postgraduate qualifications in governance, compliance, and contract management from CEDIN Educacional and Future Law.
