David Murphy

David Murphy has extensive experience in facilities management and sales. Currently serving as Facilities Manager at SUHRCO Residential Properties, LLC since December 2020, David oversees operations at Water’s Edge Kirkland. Prior to this role, David spent over 24 years at Nordstrom as a Sales Associate, honing customer service and sales skills. David holds an Associate in Integrated Studies from Cascadia Community College and a General Business Administration and Management degree from George Washington High School, in addition to a Washington Real Estate Broker License.
