Transitioning to the academic world, Oliver studied Geography and Business management at Loughborough University, where Oliver was also a member of the Loughborough Finance Society and an athlete. After graduation, Oliver worked as a Director at Nicholas Humphreys Hatfield, specializing in high-end student accommodation. Their career then led him to roles in various foundations and companies, including SnapEx, Bybit, NEAR Foundation, and currently Sui Foundation, where Oliver serves as a Funding Program Manager.
