Cortez R. Tolbert

Cortez R. Tolbert, Sr., MEng, currently serves as Safety Manager at Satellites Unlimited, Inc., a position held since June 2017. Prior experience includes roles as Safety Officer and HR Training Specialist at The Birmingham Water Works Board from January 2011 to March 2016. Cortez R. Tolbert, Sr. holds a Master of Engineering degree in Advanced Safety Engineering & Management from the University of Alabama at Birmingham, obtained in 2012, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Studies from the same institution, completed in 1999.
