Kristi Potthast

Kristi Potthast is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in contract administration and sales operations. Currently serving as the Director of Contract Administration & Sales Operations at Caltronics Business Systems since December 2019 and as the Director of Sales Operations at SuiteAmerica since July 2018, Kristi oversees multiple departments and drives process improvements to enhance client satisfaction and operational efficiency. Previously, Kristi held significant roles at Java City, including Vice President of Business Operations and Director of Customer Program Services, where responsibilities included developing wholesale coffee programs and leading customer service teams. Early career experience includes progressive roles at AT&T (Pacific Bell) focused on customer satisfaction during the launch of Pacific Bell Mobile Solutions. Kristi holds a Bachelor of Science in Strategic Management from California State University-Sacramento.
