Joshua Scherer

Joshua Scherer is a founding partner at Ducera Partners LLC, an independent investment bank known for advising on complex transactions since June 2015. In addition to this role, Scherer serves as a board advisor at Suited and previously held the position of director at Arcimoto, where electric vehicle manufacturing and sustainability were key focuses from October 2018 to April 2024. Scherer has extensive prior experience as a partner at Perella Weinberg Partners and as a director at Houlihan Lokey, as well as starting a career as a financial analyst at Merrill Lynch. Joshua Scherer holds a degree in Economics and Japanese from Middlebury College.
