Elik Jaeger

Elik Jaeger's work experience includes a variety of roles in different companies. Elik served as the CEO of SuiteSpot, where they led the company with a focus on data-driven decision-making and creating a positive work culture. Elik was also a member and contributor to the Forbes Real Estate Council. Additionally, Jaeger was an Advisory Board Member at Actelis Networks and COMsolve Inc. Elik served as an Associate Advisor at InventionShare. At Synerion, they were the President & CEO, responsible for revitalizing the company and implementing a global corporate strategy. At RuggedCom (A Siemens Business), they held the role of Vice President and Business Division GM, leading a greenfield business unit. Elik served as the VP and Business Division GM at Redline Communications, where they successfully increased market share and revenue. At Alvarion, they held various roles, including General Manager and R&D Project Manager, where they played a key role in the company's growth and success. Elik started their career as an R&D Design Engineer at Motorola Mobility.

Elik Jaeger completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Electronic & Electrical Engineering from Tel Aviv University between 1992 and 1996.
