Paoli Medellín Rojas

Paoli Medellín Rojas has a diverse work experience in various industries and roles. Starting in 2001, they worked as a Jefe de departamento at the Secretaría de Relaciones Exteriores de México until 2006. Following that, they worked as an Ejecutivo de cuentas clave at FORMAS EFICIENTES S.A. from 2007 to 2008. From 2008 to 2012, Paoli held multiple roles at the Secretaría de Finanzas, Gobierno del Estado de México, including Deputy Director of Tax Collection, Advisor to the General Director of Tax Collection, Deputy Director of Data Information at the Vehicle Registry, and Subdirector de Control Operativo. In 2012, Paoli worked as a Senior Executive - Banking Government at BBVA for a year. From 2013 to 2018, they served as an Advisor to the Head of the SAT at SERVICIO DE ADMINISTRACION TRIBUTARIA. In 2019, Paoli became a Founding Partner at PROMTO & ASOCIADOS, providing Tax and Administrative Advice. They also held the position of Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) at SuKarne from 2019 to 2022. Currently, Paoli is the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) and Head of Corporate Affairs, Compliance and Legal at SuKarne since 2022. In these roles, they have been responsible for managing legal, compliance, and administrative functions across various countries in Central America.

Paoli Medellín Rojas has a diverse education history. In 2002, they obtained a Licenciatura in International Relations and Affairs from Tecnológico de Monterrey. In 2012, they completed the Global MBA for Latin American Managers program as an interim student at Tecnológico de Monterrey and Thunderbird University in Tokyo, Japan. In 2013, they attended Harvard University, where they studied Business Administration and Management, focusing on the Theory and Tools of the Harvard Negotiation Project. Throughout their career, they have also pursued additional professional development through various certifications. Paoli obtained a Certificado de Educación Profesional Continua from the Asociación de Examinadores de Fraude Certificados ACFE-Capítulo México, A.C., specializing in the methodology for investigating frauds. Paoli also received a Certificado from EALDE Business School in Riesgos ESG y Cómo Prevenirlos and studied Compliance Fiscal at World Compliance Association. Currently, they are enrolled at Universidad Tecmilenio, pursuing a course on Empresas Sanas y Bienestar Emocional: NOM035, focusing on labor regulations.
