Prasanth Kolachina has a diverse work experience spanning from 2010 to 2022. In 2010, they began working as a Research Assistant and Lecturer at IIIT Hyderabad. In 2011, they were a Research Intern at Xerox Research Center Europe (XRCE). From 2013 to 2022, they were at Chalmers University of Technology, where they were a Guest Lecturer in the Statistical Methods for NLP Masters course, supervised graduate students for Master thesis, and was a Teaching Assistant in graduate courses on Artificial Intelligence, Advanced Algorithms and Discrete Optimization. Currently, they are a Software Engineer III (ML/NLP) at Suki.

In 2013, they began their Doctor of Philosophy - PhD in Computer Science from the University of Gothenburg, which they completed in 2019.
