Marcelo Mello has a strong background in the financial industry, starting in 1992 at Banco Multiplic, where they worked with fixed income and institutional investors until 1994. Marcelo then moved to Lloyds Asset Management in 1995, focusing on institutional investors until 1997. In 1998, Marcelo joined SulAmérica, where they held various roles, including Vice-president of Investments, Life, and Pension, and currently, they serve as the CEO of SulAmerica Investimentos, Vida e Previdência.
Marcelo Mello completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management at FAAP from 1992 to 1997. Marcelo then pursued a degree in gestao empresarial at MBA ITA from 2000 to 2002. Additionally, Marcelo completed the Advanced Management Program (AMP196) at Harvard Business School and a program in Pension System at The Wharton School.
