Jani Raninen

Jani Raninen started their work experience as a Software Engineer at RTSe in 1999. Jani then moved on to BitWise OY in 1998, working as a 123. From 2001 to 2005, they worked at Onesta Solutions Oy as a Software Engineer and Technical Project Manager. In 2005, they joined Sininen Meteoriitti / Blue Meteorite as a Project Manager and later became a Service Manager. Since 2019, they have been working at Sulava Oy as the Chief Customer Officer.

Jani Raninen has a Master's degree in Computer Science from the University of Helsinki, which was obtained between 1999 and 2008. Prior to that, Jani attended Malmi Business College from 1996 to 1998 and completed a Business College Graduate program with a specialization in Data Administration. Additionally, Jani has obtained several certifications, including the PRINCE2 (2009) Foundation from APMG-International in October 2015, the ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management from EXIN in February 2013, the ITIL 4 Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management from AXELOS Global Best Practice in May 2019, the Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals from Microsoft Certifications in February 2019, and the CLD277x: Microsoft Service Adoption Specialist from Microsoft Certifications in March 2019. The most recent certification obtained by Jani is the Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) from Scrum Alliance in September 2021.
