Sulets markets, lets and manages student accommodation in Leicester and Loughborough. The De Montfort and Leicester Students' Unions are founding members who sit on our Trustee Board. We are a unique organisation, a charity, with a trustee board including senior representatives of both Leicester and Loughborough universities.

Our mission is to raise standards in student housing by promoting good practice and offering a fair and honest approach to business. With a range of properties ranging from private sector housing through to major accommodation blocks, we have the experience and expertise to deliver quality and value for students and attractive rental incomes for property owners.

With an office in the heart of the DMU Campus and direct links with all three universities, we have a marketing reach and access to the student market that other providers can only dream of. With over 2300 bed spaces available via 150 houses and 7 major halls of residence, we have the size and knowledge to deliver for property owners and tenants alike.
