Chrystine Heier

Chrystine Heier, CEBS, LIA, has extensive experience in the employee benefits industry, currently serving as President of Sullivan Benefits, a full-service brokerage and consulting firm for mid-sized employers in New England since 1999. Additionally, Chrystine was a Board Member for United Benefit Advisors® from January 2023 to January 2024. Prior experience includes roles as Vice President and Manager of Employee Benefit Services at Marsh (1998-1999), similar positions at Sedgwick Noble Lowndes (1995-1998) and Johnson & Higgins (1989-1995), an Account Executive at Fringe Benefit Design (1988-1989), and a Group Underwriter at GE Financial Services (1986-1988). Chrystine holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Management from the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst.
