Erica M.

Erica M. has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Erica most recently held the position of Senior Director at Sullivan Family of Companies since January 2021. Prior to that, they worked for ProService Hawaii as the Customer Service Operations Director from October 2018 to January 2021. In this role, they successfully implemented strategic customer experience initiatives and played a key role in increasing client retention and revenue growth. Before joining ProService Hawaii, Erica worked at The Cheesecake Factory for 14 years, starting as a General Manager and eventually overseeing operations across multiple locations in Northern California, Southern California, and Hawaii. During their tenure, they demonstrated strong leadership skills by developing and leading large teams and achieving substantial bottom line growth. Additionally, they played a strategic role in improving processes and operations for the company. Erica's career started in 2000 when they co-founded Exact Events, a role they held until 2004.
