Dawn Parsons

Dawn Parsons, SNS, is an experienced food service professional with a career spanning over three decades. Since August 2002, Dawn has served as the Food Service Director at Sullivan County Boces. Prior to this role, Dawn worked as the Food Service Manager at Frost Vally YMCA from August 1994 to August 2002, and as the Assistant Garde Manger at Nevele Country Club from March 1991 to August 1994. Dawn holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Hotel, Motel, and Restaurant Management/Professional Chef from Sullivan County Community College, completed between 1990 and 1992.
