Julie Diescher

Julie Diescher currently serves as the Commissioner of Human Resources for Sullivan County NY Government since October 2019. Previously, Julie held the position of Director of Human Resources at Pestech - Pest Control Solutions and The Arc of Orange County, as well as New Hope Community. With a career beginning at Frontier Insurance Company as a Senior Human Resources Generalist, Julie has developed organizational strategies, managed staff performance, and ensured compliance with employment regulations. Julie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Leadership from Marist College School of Management.
