Justin Parrish

Justin Parrish has a diverse work experience in project management and design in the solar energy industry. Justin worked as a Project Manager at Esri starting in 2019. Prior to that, Justin was a Senior Designer/Project Manager at Horizon Solar Power from 2015 to 2017, where they managed design teams and drove flow strategies to meet company goals. Justin also designed solar systems using AutoCAD and handled project overflow and permitting. Justin's work experience includes being a Site Technician/Assistant Project Manager at Progressive Energy Solutions, Inc. from 2013 to 2015. In this role, they were the first contact for customers, managed a crew, and worked with plan checkers for permit approval.

Justin Parrish earned their Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from California State University-San Bernardino from 2010 to 2012. Justin then pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on Location Analytics, at the University of Redlands from 2017 to 2019. In May 2020, they obtained certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute.
