Paul Stockford

Paul Stockford is currently a Director at Chinthurst Partners Ltd, where Paul helps organisations achieve the benefits of total workforce management. Prior to this role, Paul held various positions at Serco, where Paul established and led workforce management capabilities, supported bids for major contracts, and implemented new WFM technologies. Paul has also worked as a Workforce Management & Planning Lead at Sullivan & Stanley, and has experience in sales, operations, and project management. Paul holds an MBA from Bayes Business School and a BA (Hons) in Public Policy from Solent University.
