Carl Bailey

Carl Bailey has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Carl started at Horizon Geosciences as a Hydrographic Surveyor and Survey Party Chief in 2006. Carl then progressed to roles such as Assistant Operations Manager, Operations Manager, and finally Manager of the Abu Dhabi Office. In 2012, they joined Seaworks Ltd as an Operations Manager until 2016. Carl then moved to Neptune Marine Services in 2019, where they worked as a Survey Party Chief and Project Manager until 2020. Currently, Carl is working at Sulmara as a Project Manager since 2021 and recently promoted to the position of Project Director APAC in 2023.

Carl Bailey earned a Bachelor's degree in Surveying with Honours from the University of Otago from 2003 to 2006. Carl then went on to pursue a Postgraduate Degree in Renewable Energy Systems Technology, specializing in a PG Diploma, from Loughborough University from 2010 to 2014.
