Rebecca Buksh has a work history that spans over a decade. Rebecca started their career in 2008 at Sierra Vista Regional Health Center, where they served as a Perinatal Bereavement Coordinator. In this role, they coordinated patient services, maintained a database of cases and referrals, and developed relationships with referring physicians. Rebecca remained in this position until January 2011.

In 2012, Rebecca joined SSVEC as a part of their Human Resources department. Initially, they worked as an HR professional, responsible for processing employee insurance enrollments, updating deductions, and maintaining ledger accounts. Rebecca held this position until October 2017 when they transitioned into a Human Resources Generalist role. As a Generalist, Rebecca's responsibilities expanded to include a wider range of HR duties.

Rebecca's most recent work experience is as the Vice President of Human Resources at SSVEC, a position they assumed in May 2022.

Rebecca Buksh holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Western New Mexico University.
