Golda Cherian

Golda Cherian is an experienced educational professional currently serving as an English Language Lecturer at Sultan Qaboos University in Muscat, Oman since September 2023. Prior to this role, Golda served at the University of Technology and Applied Sciences from October 2011 to September 2023, contributing as an Exam Writer for the Central Assessment Committee and as an English Language Lecturer, Level Coordinator, in both Ibra and Muscat. Golda's academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry and a Master's degree in English Language and Literature from Providence Women's College and St. Joseph's College, respectively. Additionally, Golda holds a Master of Philosophy in Education from Madurai Kamaraj University and is currently a PhD research scholar in English Language and Literature at Banasthali Vidyapith University, expected to complete studies in July 2025. Further qualifications include a CELTA certification from the University of Cambridge.
