Hani al-Qadhi

Hani Al-Qadhi currently serves as the Director General at the Directorate General of Health Services Dhofar since March 2025. In addition to this role, Hani has been a General and Trauma Surgeon and the Head of the Department of Surgery at Sultan Qaboos University since August 1997, and also holds the position of Senior Consultant at Muscat Private Hospital since January 2022. Furthermore, Hani has been involved as the Chairman of the General Surgery Residency Training Program and Program Director at the Oman Medical Specialty Board from February 2010 to June 2025. Hani's educational background includes a Doctor of Medicine from Sultan Qaboos University and advanced surgical training at The University of British Columbia, complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Medicine from Sultan Qaboos University.
