Maria Chulkstan

Maria Chulkstan serves as the CEO and Chief Empathy Officer at #BiasCorrect and as a Co-Founder at Portal, both since 2022. Maria's substantial experience in academia includes a role as Course/Program Coordinator and English Lecturer at Sultan Qaboos University since 2015, where responsibilities encompassed developing and digitizing course materials and assessments, managing undergraduate courses, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Previously, Maria taught at Oman Medical College SAOC and the European Language Center, where contributions included course coordination and teacher training. Additionally, Maria is a Certified Life Coach and Trainer with HeartCore Coaching & Consulting and serves as the Training Director for the Americas at Ignite Global, focusing on personal and professional development coaching. Maria Chulkstan's education includes a Master of Science in Business Management and HR from Edinburgh Napier University and a Master of Arts in Linguistics from Surgut State University.
