Kai Pudlat is currently working as a Senior IT Business Analyst for Sulzer GmbH since June 2021. Prior to this, they were on parental leave while working from home from June 2020 to May 2021. Before that, they served as a Senior Tech Recruiter at Publicis from January 2019 to May 2020, and as a Recruiting Consultant at Labbé & Cie. GmbH from January 2016 to December 2018. Kai Pudlat holds a Master of Arts and Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science (major) and Economics (minor) from Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München, and is currently pursuing further education at Sulzer Akademie from January 2023 to August 2023.
