Des Quinn

Des Quinn is an accomplished leader with a proven capacity for managing multiple projects within strict timelines. With extensive experience in business development, problem-solving techniques, and operations management, Des has worked across multicultural organizations in Europe, China, the USA, and South America. Des held the position of Head of Lean / Operations Development for the Water Business Unit at Sulzer from 2016 to 2024 and currently serves as the Head of Production Efficiency for the Flow Division. Des earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Studies (HONS) with a focus on Information Systems Management from the National University of Ireland between 2001 and 2005.
