Jane Loftus is a seasoned recruitment professional with extensive experience spanning over two decades in various sectors including energy, IT, and healthcare. Currently serving as the Global Senior Resourcer for Sulzer Chemtech since June 2023, Jane manages global recruitment across multiple technological fields and regions. Previously, as a Talent Acquisition Partner at RPS, Jane specialized in international technical hires and high-volume recruitment. Jane has held key roles in talent management across several organizations, demonstrating a consistent focus on enhancing diversity and inclusion in the recruitment process.
