Joseph S. has extensive experience in sales operations and engineering, currently serving as the Channel Optimization Manager for Global Sales Operations at Sulzer since December 1995. In this role, Joseph focuses on enhancing the effectiveness of sales channels to maximize performance and revenue through analysis, strategy implementation, and performance monitoring. Prior to Sulzer, Joseph held various positions at Ingersoll Dresser Pumps from January 1992 to December 1995, including National Sales Manager, Sales Support Manager, and Chief Engineer. Joseph began career as an Applications Engineer and has a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Old Dominion University, earned between 1989 and 1994.
