Léa Giroux serves as the Global Head of Planning and Expediting for the Polymer and Crystallization division at Sulzer Chemtech, where they lead teams in Switzerland and China to drive operational excellence. With a strong background in innovation project management at Veolia, and as the Innovation Officer at SUEZ, Léa has focused on deploying low-carbon solutions and fostering sustainable practices within industries. They also founded Noven, an interdisciplinary laboratory dedicated to sustainable textile innovation. Léa holds multiple master's degrees, including one in Design Research and Innovation from École de Condé and another in Innovation Management from Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne. Currently, Léa is pursuing additional studies in Sustainable Development Economics at the Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers.
