峰 徐 is the Head of Project Management at MTCS China, with over 20 years of experience in project and factory capacity management focused on industrial pumps and chemical pressure vessels. They have a robust background in leading international projects, strategic business planning, and implementing digital tools to enhance operational efficiency. Previously, 峰 held various roles at Sulzer, including Supervisor of Project Team 1 and Manager of Planning & Logistics, where they successfully improved project delivery and factory output. They earned a Bachelor's degree in Material Forming and Control Engineering and a minor in Business Administration from Nanchang HangKong University.
