Thomas Kuderer

Thomas Kuderer has extensive experience in operations excellence and lean management, currently serving as the Head of Operations Excellence & Lean for Flow Equipment at Sulzer since January 2016, overseeing 18 factories. Previous roles at Sulzer include Head of the Sulzer Excellence System & Lean for the Energy Business Unit and Head of the Sulzer Production System. Prior to joining Sulzer, Thomas Kuderer was Lean Manager at Sulzer Pumpen (Deutsch.) GmbH from July 2012 to December 2018 and worked as a Lean Consultant at Lean Institute (R) Germany from January 2008 to June 2012. Thomas Kuderer holds a degree as an Industrial Mechanic in Production Technique from Mercedes Benz, where education was completed between 1999 and 2003.
