Mariana Aguirre is an experienced professional with a diverse background in nutrition, education, and business management. Currently serving as the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana operates an online store focused on organic products for body care and environmental sustainability. Mariana's career includes roles as Compliance Officer Assistant at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016, and ownership/management of Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019. Additionally, Mariana worked as a nutritionist at a private consulting office from February 2016 to 2019 and taught applied mathematics in nutrition and history of food at a labor training school from August 2016 to August 2017.
