Jason Harvie

Jason Harvie, CA, currently serves as Investment Director at PENTA CAPITAL LLP, focusing on private equity buyouts and development capital opportunities in the U.K. Since October 2022, Jason has also been a Member of the Board of Directors at Sumer and has held various roles at ICAS, including Member of the Governing Council and Chair of the London Area Committee, since October 2018. Prior experience includes serving as Investment Manager at Aberdeen Standard Investments, where responsibilities included co-investment opportunity management with a focus on equity tickets of €10m-€80m, and as an Associate at Simmons & Company International, advising on corporate finance in the energy sector. Jason’s career began as an Audit Assistant at KPMG after earning a BSc (Hons) in Mathematics from the University of St Andrews and obtaining the Chartered Accountant designation from ICAS.
