Mark McBeth

Mark McBeth is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in recruitment sourcing. Currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Sourcing Associate at Sumer since May 2025, Mark previously held the position of Senior Recruitment Sourcer at Revolut, where responsibilities included building sourcing strategies and developing talent pipelines. Prior experience includes the role of Lead Sourcing Specialist at Deloitte within the Audit & Assurance Service Line, leading efforts in sourcing and screening candidates across various financial sectors. Mark's earlier career involved roles as a Talent Sourcer at Alexander Mann Solutions and as a Sales Associate at Convergys, alongside work in hospitality as a Bar Tender/Waiter. Mark earned a BSc Hons in Marketing from Ulster University, graduating in 2016.
