Shah Alum is a seasoned digital marketing professional with extensive experience in eCRM and digital strategies across various sectors. Since July 2016, Shah has served as Vice President and eCRM Manager for EMEA at J.P. Morgan. Prior to this role, Shah was a consultant at emocial digital, specializing in email marketing, and worked as an e-Marketing Consultant at Wildfire HQ Marketing. Shah's career includes management positions at Naked Communications Europe, campaign management at Intela, and project management at eBay Enterprise. Shah began the career at Actito, managing SME accounts and supporting high-profile clients with email marketing solutions. Shah holds a BSc in Information Systems with Business Management from the University of Westminster, completed in 2014.
