Christa Hayes has over 14 years of work experience in various roles within the technology sector. Christa started their career as a Software Development Co-op at IBM in 2008. Christa then worked as an Information Technology Intern at the National Football League before joining Alcatel-Lucent as a Software Engineer. Christa then joined Cisco Systems as an Information Technology Analyst before moving to the Carolina Panthers as a Senior Software Developer, where they worked for over a decade. Currently, they are the VP of Engineering at SumerSports, a position they have held since 2022.
Christa Hayes holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from North Carolina State University.
