Rick Stephens

Rick Stephens is an experienced manufacturing and operations leader currently serving as the Vice President of Manufacturing at Sumika Polymers North America LLC since September 2021. Prior to this role, Rick held the position of Plant Manager and Director of Manufacturing at Sumika Polymer Compounds America, where responsibilities included managing a multi-level organization, leading HR management initiatives, overseeing operations, and developing training materials and safety programs. Rick's diverse career also includes founding Amocal Internet Marketing, serving as the CEO of Weymouth Capital, and managing Chemtrusion, Inc. as Site Manager. Rick holds a BS in Chemistry from the University of California, Davis.
