Tim Bleigh

Tim Bleigh serves as the VP of HR Technology & Business Excellence at Sumitomo Pharma America, Inc., a position held since July 2023. Prior to this role, Tim held various leadership positions, including Executive Director of Learning and Development at both Urovant Sciences, Inc. from October 2021 to July 2023, and Nihon Kohden America from May 2020 to October 2021. Tim's extensive career includes roles such as Director of Product Marketing at Revasum and Sr. Manager of Global Learning & Development at Spacelabs Healthcare. Earlier experience includes positions at Power-One as Global Director of Inside Sales and Customer Service Operations, and as Director of Sales at Takex America. Tim is also a founding partner of InnerSkil and has held various operational roles at SVTC and Aviza Technology. Educational credentials include Master's Degrees in Instructional Design and Educational/Instructional Technology from Western Governors University, along with a BA in Public Relations and Marketing from San José State University.
