Rajkumar Banik

Rajkumar Banik has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and industries. Rajkumar began their career in 2000 as a Sales Supervisor at KRISHI RASAYAN EXPORT PVT LTD. In 2004, they worked as a Marketing Officer at Nagarjuna Agrichem Ltd. From 2005 to 2008, they held the position of Sr. Sales Executive at SYNGENTA INDIA LIMITED. Rajkumar then joined Biostadt India Limited in 2008, initially as an Area Sales Manager and later as a Regional Sales Manager. During their tenure at Biostadt, Rajkumar successfully led teams, established various brands, and achieved growth projects, earning him several awards. In 2013, they joined Sumitomo Chemical India Ltd and held several roles, including BMD-Lead and Sales Head for the East Speciality business. Currently, they are serving as the Business Head for South India (Basic-2 division, Ex. ECC) at Sumitomo Chemical India Ltd. Throughout their career, Rajkumar has demonstrated strong leadership, strategic planning, and sales and marketing expertise.

Rajkumar Banik completed their higher secondary education in science at Jalpaiguri Zilla School from 1993 to 1995. Following this, they pursued a B.Sc. (Ag.) Hons. degree in Agriculture at Bidhan Chandra Krishi Viswavidyalaya from 1995 to 1999. Later on, Rajkumar Banik enrolled in TASMAC, Pune, where they completed an MBA degree in Sales & Marketing Management from 2002 to 2004.
