Dr. Kerstin Reinsch

Dr. Kerstin Reinsch serves as the Head of Corporate Communications and Team Leader of Corporate Communications at Sumitomo Electric Bordnetze SE since February 2023. Previously, Dr. Reinsch was the Head of Corporate Communications at Evangelisches Krankenhaus Göttingen-Weende, where a comprehensive marketing and communications strategy was developed. Dr. Reinsch held multiple roles at Oerlikon AM from August 2017 to June 2022, including Global Head of Marketing & Communications for the Additive Manufacturing Business Unit, and Global Communications Manager, where responsibilities included integrated marketing activities and media relations. Dr. Reinsch earned a PhD in Media and Communication Science from Martin-Luther-Universität Halle-Wittenberg, where research focused on gender representation in political media. Earlier experience includes roles at citim GmbH and the Technical University of Braunschweig, contributing to B2B marketing, event management, and scientific communication. Educational qualifications include an MA in Political, Media, and Communication Science from the same university.
