Judy Barhorst

Judy Barhorst is an experienced Human Resources Manager with a strong background in managing HR activities across multiple industries. Currently serving at Sumitomo Electric Carbide since July 2019, Judy has previously held HR Manager positions at Tomoegawa USA Inc. from September 2003 to June 2019, and at Tetra Pak from 1994 to 2002. At Tomoegawa USA Inc., Judy successfully enhanced employee engagement by fostering trust and accessibility within the HR department. Judy holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources Management from Roosevelt University, complemented by education from Harper College.
