Greg Pierce

Greg Pierce is a seasoned product management professional with extensive experience in the fiber-optic communications industry. Currently serving as a Senior Product Manager at Sumitomo Electric Lightwave since April 2019, Greg has a strong background that includes roles at CommScope as a Product Manager/Global Product Manager for fiber optic splice closures and at TE Connectivity where responsibilities encompassed managing fiber closure products and leading product management for copper connect products. Earlier career experiences include positions as a Purchasing Engineer and Quality Engineer at Raychem Corporation. Greg holds a BS in Mathematics from North Carolina State University and has foundational education from Brevard College.
