Subhajeet Sur

Subhajeet Sur has extensive work experience in the field of cloud architecture, data analytics, and AI. Subhajeet currently holds the position of Vice President Cloud Data Architect at SMBC Group since 2022. Prior to this, they worked at DFS Group Limited as a Cloud Architect Data & AI from 2021 to 2022. In this role, they were responsible for managing the Cloud Platform for AI and ML, data warehousing, and reporting. Subhajeet also played a key role in creating the MLOPS platform and implementing best practices for the Cloud platform. Subhajeet's earlier experience includes working at InfoCepts as a Cloud Solution Architect Data & AI from 2010 to 2022, where they worked with various clients in telecom, retail, banking, and media industries across Singapore and the US. Subhajeet led the Alteryx partnership and was involved in designing end-to-end solutions for data integration, lake, and science. Subhajeet also provided advisory analysis for clients' cloud migration and played a significant role in securing multi-million deals for Data, Analytics & AI in the APAC region. Subhajeet also worked at DBS Bank as a Business Analyst from 2019 to 2021 and as a Data Architect from 2013 to 2019. In these roles, they contributed to the development of reusable data products/assets, designed enterprise data models, and helped architect data requirements for various projects in the marketing and wealth management domains.

Subhajeet Sur earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from St Vincent Palotti Nagpur in 2010. In 2021, they enrolled in the Indian School of Business to pursue a degree in Advanced Analytics and Data Science, which is expected to be completed in 2024. Subhajeet has also obtained several certifications, including ones in Kubernetes and Cloud Native Essentials, Apache Airflow Fundamentals, Data Warehouse Essentials, and various courses related to machine learning, deep learning, and data analysis.
