Tiina Urpola-Harjunpää

Tiina Urpola-Harjunpää has extensive work experience in human resources and leadership roles. Tiina currently holds the position of Senior Vice President Human Resources at Sumitomo SHI FW, where they oversee HR operations. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Global Operational HR at the same company. Before joining Sumitomo SHI FW, Tiina worked at Uponor as the Vice President, Business HR, supporting the Building Solutions Europe leadership team. Tiina also led the Europe HR team and was responsible for managing HR functions across multiple countries. Tiina has experience as a Senior Mentor at CxO Mentor Oy and held various positions at Nokia Siemens Networks, Nokia, and Huhtamäki, where they gained expertise in HR consulting, leadership development, coaching, and team building. Overall, Tiina's work experience showcases their strong background in HR and leadership roles in multinational companies.

Tiina Urpola-Harjunpää obtained a Master of Science degree in Management, Human Resources from Turku School of Economics at the University of Turku from 1986 to 1990. Prior to that, they attended Outokummun lukio from 1984 to 1986. Tiina also holds several additional certifications, including Certified Business Coach from the Business Coach Institute, RMP Master from RMP Nordic, Licensed Practitioner of NLP from the NLP Academy, and 360 coaching.
