Lexi Matthesen

Lexi Matthesen serves as an Eating Disorder Recovery Coach and Yoga Instructor at Monte Nido since July 2023, offering support to individuals recovering from eating disorders. As the owner of Lexico, LLC, DBA Living Life Yoga since January 2021, Lexi leads yoga groups for outpatient clients and conducts yoga therapy sessions at treatment centers. With extensive experience at SUMITS HOT YOGA since October 2015, Lexi instructs yoga classes and manages administrative duties. Previously, Lexi worked at Alsana from April 2021 to July 2023, facilitating yoga groups for clients in various stages of eating disorder treatment. Lexi’s early career includes professional ballet performances with Saint Louis Ballet and Charlotte Ballet. Lexi is currently pursuing a Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Missouri Baptist University, following a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Arizona State University.
