Jochum Skaarenborg

Jochum Skaarenborg has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Jochum started their career at Gtech as the Head of Quality, Compliance, and Delivery for Central Europe, where they were responsible for ensuring the quality of software deliverables for European National Lotteries. Jochum also led quality assurance teams and conducted audits to maintain compliance against high-quality standards.

Later, Jochum joined TietoEnator as the Program and Account Director for the European Commission, where they managed projects and accounts for the organization.

Jochum then moved on to UCB Pharma, where they held multiple roles, including Head of Global IT HR Applications & Systems. In this position, they oversaw global SAP SuccessFactors projects and successfully implemented various modules, such as Employee Central, Recruitment Management, Onboarding, and Performance and Goals. Jochum also managed budgets and integrated processes within UCB.

Jochum then joined GP Strategies Corporation as an Account Director and later became the Managing Director. In these roles, they managed accounts and directed the company's operations.

Jochum continued their career at TUC RAIL as a SuccessFactors PM, responsible for implementing SuccessFactors and integrating it with other applications. Jochum also developed and managed the implementation partner strategy.

Afterward, Jochum worked at Worldline Financial Services as the SuccessFactors EC, R&O workstream lead, and at Ahold Delhaize as the SuccessFactors PM, IAM, Quality lead. In these positions, they led various projects and played a key role in implementing and managing SuccessFactors systems.

Most recently, Jochum joined Summ.link as the Chief Sales Officer & CISO. Here, they were responsible for developing sales strategies and planning for the company. Jochum also led the implementation of ISO 27001 processes and certification.

Currently, Jochum is working at ENGIE Global Energy Management & Sales, where they serve as the Lead for global SuccessFactors implementation.

Jochum Skaarenborg attended Lillerod Skole from 1976 to 1986. In 1988, they enrolled at Gentofte Uddannelsescenter. Afterwards, from 1989 to 1991, they pursued IT studies at Lyngby Uddannelsescenter, without completing a specific degree. Jochum then went on to attend Copenhagen Business School from 1991 to 1993, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Computer and Information Systems Security/Information Assurance.
