Caroline Pearson

Caroline Pearson is an accomplished executive in the healthcare sector, currently serving as Executive Director at both the Peterson Health Technology Institute and the Peterson Center on Healthcare. Pearson has extensive experience as a Board Member for SummaCare and holds a Fellowship at Nexus Insights, focusing on innovative housing and healthcare models for older adults. Previously, Pearson was a Founding Member of Chief, a women's executive network, and served as Senior Vice President at NORC at the University of Chicago, specializing in health insurance coverage and policy issues. Additional expertise was gained as Senior Advisor at Sandbox Industries and through various leadership roles at Avalere Health, where Pearson directed research and policy strategy. Pearson's career began with a research assistantship at Harvard University, following a Bachelor’s degree in Government from the same institution.
