Steve Chrzanowski began their work experience at Kaiser Permanente in 1991 as a Sales Rep. Steve then joined SummaCare in 2001, starting as a Manager in Group Service & Support. In 2017, they were promoted to Director of Group Retention & Sales Support in which they oversee retention strategies, manages sales/service support functions, and develops support strategies for tracking sales activity and implementing new groups.
Steve Chrzanowski completed their high school education from St. Joseph (now Villa Angela-St. Joseph) in Cleveland, Ohio from 1980 to 1983. Steve then pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from John Carroll University from 1983 to 1987.
